Joe Anthony, Esq.

Co-Founder & CEO

Prior to Being a Co-founder of A2Z  Joe worked over two decades with Zamias Services Inc. where he was responsible  for supervising and closing over $2 Billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions.  At ZSI Joe worked his way up from the legal department to VP of Acquisition and Development and ultimately the first non-family member President and CEO .

 In 1994 he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in Political Science and Administration of Justice.  He attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he earned Cum Laude honors, received the President’s Achievement Award and was a Contributing Editor on Law Review.​

As the Co-Founder and  CEO of  A2Z  Joe is directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of the A2Z portfolio.  Having experience in all aspects of the commercial and residential real-estate business he is and always will be the most hands on CEO in the business.          ​

Joe is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Pennsylvania and Cambria County Bar Associations. 

Joseph is actively involved in Ligonier Youth Sports where he coached both baseball and midget football.  Joe loves running and growing things in his backyard in Ligonier, Pennsylvania where he lives with His Wife Susan, Daughter Lucy,  and his Great Pyrenees Luna.

Steve Zamias Jr.

Co-Founder & CFO

Prior to being a Co-founder of A2Z, Steve worked for over 15 years with Zamias Services Inc. and most recently served as its Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Asset Management where he oversaw the day to day operations of the company as well as the entirety of the managed and owned retail portfolio. As a 3rd generation real estate professional, real estate has always been in Steve’s blood. Over his 15 year tenure and prior to his current responsibilities with Zamias Services Inc., Steve worked for several years each in property management and leasing which allowed him to understand the universality of the real estate business. Steve graduated from St. Francis University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance. ​

As a Co-founder of A2Z and CFO, Steve is responsible for the executing the financial strategy of the company. Steve will continue to be actively involved in the day-to-day management and leasing of the entire A2Z portfolio. ​

Steve is an active member of ICSC and is also a licensed broker in states of Pennsylvania and New York. Steve currently resides in Johnstown, Pennsylvania with his wife, four young boys, three German Shepard’s and three cats.

Steve is actively involved in his boys youth activities and volunteers his time to their youth hockey and soccer organizations. When Steve is not volunteering his free time, he enjoys sitting by the fire and listening to music with his family. ​
